§ 01 — Approach

A statement of values

Big or small, we build them all.

From an 800,000 square foot distribution center to a careful interior buildout, we apply the same standard: meticulous planning, honest communication, and the kind of accountability that only comes from putting your family name on the wall.

Founded in 1948 by Orlando Annulli and now in its fourth generation, we serve owners, architects, and engineers across Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island — from healthcare and retail to industrial, multifamily, and historic restoration.

— Lon Annulli, President Adam Annulli, Vice President
